Acceptance of Terms

By browsing thedrenn.com, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or place an order with us. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page, and your continued use of the website after a change is posted means you accept the revised terms.

License & Intellectual Property

Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to browse thedrenn.com and to make purchases for your own personal use. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, resale, or bulk purchasing carried out on behalf of a third party.

Orders & Account Responsibilities

All prices on thedrenn.com are shown in British pounds (GBP). We aim to describe and price our products accurately, but where an obvious pricing or listing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order, refund any payment taken, and let you know as soon as possible.

Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we're free to accept or decline, for example where stock runs out or where we suspect fraud. A contract is formed only once we send you an order confirmation.

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. Please provide accurate, current information at checkout, and contact us straight away at hello@thedrenn.com if you think your account has been accessed without your permission.

Data Protection

We collect and use personal data, such as your name, address, email, and order history, to process your orders, run your account, and, where you've opted in, send you marketing. Our Privacy Policy explains this in full, including what we collect, why, and how long we keep it.

If you're based in the United Kingdom, your personal data is handled in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. If you're based in an EU member state we serve, your data is handled in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the relevant national data protection law of your country.

Please read our Privacy Policy for details on your rights, including access, correction, deletion, and how to raise a concern with your local data protection authority.

Returns & Withdrawal Rights

We offer a 30-day returns guarantee on every order, giving you 30 days from delivery to change your mind and send an item back, well beyond the statutory minimum described below. Full conditions, including what counts as unworn and how refunds are processed, are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

If you're a UK consumer, you also have a statutory right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you're an EU consumer, you have an equivalent 14-day statutory right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, as implemented in your country's national law. Our 30-day guarantee sits on top of these statutory minimums; it never reduces them.

To start a return, contact us at hello@thedrenn.com with your order number.

Liability & Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we won't be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of thedrenn.com or your purchase of our products, including loss of income, business, or data. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including rights you hold as a consumer under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 or equivalent EU consumer protection law.

You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, or costs we reasonably incur as a result of your misuse of the website, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service, and any contract formed through thedrenn.com, are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. This choice of law does not take away or reduce any mandatory statutory consumer-protection rights you're entitled to as a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, or in an EU member state, under the law of your country of residence.

We're always happy to try to resolve any concern directly first, so please contact us at hello@thedrenn.com before raising a formal dispute. UK customers can also seek free, independent advice from Citizens Advice or their local Trading Standards service, and EU customers can contact their local consumer protection body for guidance. Following the UK's departure from the EU, The Drenn does not participate in the EU's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
